• Yoga: Core Power

    A vinyasa (connecting body movement with breath) flow class focused on the core (finding your center – physically, mentally and emotionally). This class will incorporate both yoga and pilates concepts throughout to develop core strength while increasing flexibility and balance.
    All levels welcome, modifications provided.
